Event Manager Mobile Truck Operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Procure sales events within territorial guidelines to promote Rita’s on the Road • Procure Sampling and Customer focus events to create PR opportunities and build Brand awareness • Manage the execution of all events • Communicate with Customers, Corporate Partners, Vendors, and Internal team on the status of events, and manage events for the Rita’s on the Road platform • Able to provide inventory management and project ordering needs to fulfill scheduled events. • Ensure all licensing, insurance, and documentation is valid under the counties that Rita’s on the Road operates in. • Develop and manage events, staffing, product production. · Ability to stand for long periods of time Work Location: On the road
