As the Event Manager, you will ensure that Ice Castles and our event staff provide each guest with a safe, magical, and memorable experience. You will be part of the local senior leadership team, where you will lead the Event team, focusing on hiring, training, scheduling, and guiding a group of passionate individuals who share our enthusiasm for Ice Castles. • Maintain timely communication with other Ice Castles team members throughout the event life cycle. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to create and sustain a positive team culture. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with local community contacts.
