This role ensures seamless event operations while delivering exceptional guest, exhibitor, and participant experiences that align with the organization’s luxury hospitality standards.Key Responsibilities Plan and manage all phases of assigned events from initial concept through post-event evaluationCoordinate logistics including venue setup, vendor management, staffing, transportation, scheduling, and guest servicesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, exhibitors, sponsors, and internal departmentsCollaborate with operations, food and beverage, marketing, security, housekeeping, audiovisual, and facility teams to ensure successful executionDevelop detailed event timelines, floor plans, production schedules, and contingency plansManage event budgets, contracts, invoices, and expense trackingConduct site inspections and client walkthroughsOversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues in real timeEnsure compliance with safety standards, organizational policies, and event regulationsEvaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvementMaintain strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and community partnersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred3–5+ years of event management experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, convention, or large‑scale venue operationsExperience coordinating luxury events is highly preferredStrong organizational, multitasking, and project management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProficiency with Microsoft Office and event management softwareAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPreferred SkillsExperience with banquet and convention servicesStrong leadership and team coordination abilitiesBudget management and contract negotiation experienceProblem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detailPhysical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionallyComfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
