Event Manager - PT

This is a part-time position responsible for assisting our General Manager and Director of Events execute full-service catered events at our event space! Pay Rate: Based on experience Summary: • This role will ensure all guests are provided with prompt and friendly service according to our standards by working with team members to establish overall guest satisfaction. Must be able to: • Be on time to all assigned in-office work days, offsite meetings, and assigned events • Have a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as assigned • Sustain high-energy and have the willingness to work long hours, sometimes multiple events per day/weekend • Communicate with all clients, guests, and The Artisan staff in a way that fosters teamwork, integrity, and professionalism • Work with professionalism and ethical conduct • Have an outgoing, positive, and professional attitude acting as an ambassador of company values, mission, and image to the public at all times • Be willing to take ownership of each event and the critical duties assigned • Perform other duties, as assigned by the General Manager, upper management team and/or Regional Manager
