This role is for an Event Manager - Project Delivery Specialist within Deloitte's Project Delivery Talent Model (PDM), designed specifically for long-term, onsite or remote client service delivery. The role is ideal for passionate, experienced technology professionals who want to work in a collaborative consulting environment without extensive travel commitments. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, marketing programs, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is well suited for professionals with a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field) and 4-8 years of progressive experience in event planning, project management, stakeholder coordination, content development, and data analysis. • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development, or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments • minimum of 4 years proven track record in event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment • minimum of 4 years experience with stakeholder management and communication skills with successful agency partnerships • minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with content development and data analysis including ability to generate and interpret actionable reports • ability to travel 10 percent on average based on client and industry needs • limited immigration sponsorship may be available • ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision
