You will be in charge of all communication between the shop and the customer who has an engine coming in. It will be your role to ensure that the plant is ready to receive the engine in and that the customer is updated on its arrival, its status, any delays, the cost estimate, etc. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines
