Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, vendor negotiation, logistics, and on-site coordination. Oversee event staffing, security, and crowd management to ensure a safe and positive experience. Coordinate marketing and promotional efforts for events to maximize attendance and engagement. Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback and reporting on key performance metrics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in event planning and management, with a focus on sports and entertainment. Strong understanding of event logistics, budgeting, and contract negotiation. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with event management software and tools.
