Event Manager – Weddings & Private Events

The Toledo Zoo is seeking a Full-Time Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, proms, private parties, and other events. You will work with clients on menus, bar service, décor, and entertainment while handling contracts and deposits. You will liaise with internal teams, manage event calendars, and assist with reports and forecasts. A flexible schedule with nights and weekends is required as events occur outside standard hours.
