Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including conferences, meetings, weddings, and social gatherings - Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements - Develop event concepts and... themes that align with client's vision - Create detailed event timelines and manage event budgets - Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment providers - Coordinate event logistics, such as transportation, accommodations, and audiovisual equipment - Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown - Ensure seamless guest experiences by providing exceptional customer service - Collaborate with marketing team to promote events and drive attendance - Assist with fundraising efforts for nonprofit events Requirements: - Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of banquet and event planning processes - Familiarity with event marketing strategies - Proficient in contract negotiation and vendor management - Experience in guest services or hospitality industry is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
