This professional will work collaboratively with promoters, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery. • Bachelor's degree required • 1-3 years of related work experience • Highly organized and resourceful • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and strong decision-making under pressure • Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external clients • Ability to lead teams or staff involved in event setup and execution • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills • Able to work independently and collaboratively • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Frequent movement throughout the venue including climbing stairs • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
