Event Manager/FOH

Duties

Oversee all front-of-house operations during events, ensuring smooth guest flow and exceptional service deliveryCoordinate with clients, vendors, catering teams, and venue staff to plan event logistics and requirementsManage event budgets by tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and optimizing resource allocationImplement effective marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance through various channelsUpsell additional services or packages to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue opportunitiesDevelop detailed event timelines, checklists, and staffing plans to ensure timely executionProvide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphereConduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement in future eventsSkills

Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with vendors and service providersProven experience in event planning, management, and marketing within hospitality or related industriesExcellent communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectivelyTechnical proficiency with event management software, POS systems, and audiovisual equipmentExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlinesExperience in banquet operations, catering coordination, or restaurant/hotel environments is highly desirableAdept at managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure profitable eventsCustomer service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellenceStrong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-pressure situationsJoin us as an Event Manager/FOH to craft unforgettable moments that leave lasting impressions!
