Types of events could include: expositions, trade shows, corporate events, parties & galas, and meetings. Responsibilities: • Maintain a creative, fun, solution-oriented and positive approach to all projects • Manage the contract fulfillment stages of all event activities and personnel • Distribute and communicate event information clearly to multiple departments • Calculate and propose budgets & bids for planned events • Research and identify successful event opportunities • Maintain an event & account pipeline • Manage project deadlines and product fulfillment milestones within the complete event lifecycle • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments and create opportunity for new event acquisitions • Manage, propose and contribute to the creation of event proposal materials.
