Event Marketing Assistant

Blue Horizons is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Event Marketing Assistant. As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event themes, messaging, and promotional materials • Coordinate logistics for event setup, including booth design, signage, audiovisual equipment, and product displays • Support the registration process by managing attendee lists, RSVPs, and ticketing • Assist in the creation and distribution of event-related materials such as invitations, brochures, and post-event surveys • Provide on-site event support, including registration check-in, booth staffing, and troubleshooting any issues that arise • Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations to measure the success of marketing initiatives and gather feedback for future improvements Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred • Proven experience in event planning or marketing • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
