Event Marketing Coordinator

Department: Marketing Employment Type: FullTime Job Summary The Event Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in developing, executing, and managing a wide range of tradeshows, events, and marketing strategies across various markets. Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion, including client engagement, tradeshows, and internal promotions.Oversee all event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, event setup, and breakdown.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promoting events and strategizing for maximum attendance and brand visibility.Maintain a detailed annual event calendar to streamline planning and communication.Work with sales leadership to create and implement event strategies tailored to specific market needs and sales objectives.Develop and manage event budgets, project timelines, and logistical plans.Engage with external vendors for catering, audiovisual arrangements, signage, and other event needs.Travel regularly to event locations throughout the United States.Produce post-event reports that include metrics, feedback, ROI insights, and suggestions for future improvement.Inventory & Event Management Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.Able to work collaboratively across teams and support sales-driven initiatives.Excellent communication and vendor management skills.Willingness to travel extensively for event coordination.About Segra: Segra owns and operates an extensive fiber-optic infrastructure that provides advanced connectivity, cybersecurity, voice, cloud, and colocation solutions, supported by industry-leading service and reliability.
