Job Summary
The Event Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in developing, executing, and managing a wide range of tradeshows, events, and marketing strategies across various markets. This position is essential for supporting our sales and marketing goals by overseeing the complete event logistics, managing promotional inventory, tracking budgets, and analyzing post-event insights. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role involves frequent travel and close collaboration with sales leaders, vendors, and marketing teams to ensure that events are expertly executed and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion, including client engagement, tradeshows, and internal promotions.Oversee all event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, event setup, and breakdown.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promoting events and strategizing for maximum attendance and brand visibility.Maintain a detailed annual event calendar to streamline planning and communication.Work with sales leadership to create and implement event strategies tailored to specific market needs and sales objectives.Develop and manage event budgets, project timelines, and logistical plans.Engage with external vendors for catering, audiovisual arrangements, signage, and other event needs.Travel regularly to event locations throughout the United States.Produce post-event reports that include metrics, feedback, ROI insights, and suggestions for future improvement.Inventory & Event Management

Oversee the management of promotional materials and inventory required for events and tradeshows.Monitor execution timelines and budget expenditures for all events.Support and supervise on-site execution of tradeshows and events.Provide regular updates on event progress, sales impact, and project plans.Assist in the creation and organization of marketing materials for events.Marketing Support

Assist the Marketing team with daily operations and marketing initiatives.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.Skills & Competencies

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.Able to work collaboratively across teams and support sales-driven initiatives.Excellent communication and vendor management skills.Willingness to travel extensively for event coordination.About Segra:

Salary Range: $47,579 - $59,535
