Event Marketing Coordinator

AimHire is currently searching for an Event Marketing Coordinator to join an international, mission-driven medical device company in the Lone Tree area! This is a Contract opportunity paying $25-$30 an hour. Description: The Event Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the successful execution of assigned event logistics and ensuring event satisfaction for all internal and external customers. The coordinator works closely with the Event Marketing team members and cross functional teams during the pre-planning phase of events, through to the close of the event. • Provide basic audio-visual support/troubleshooting • Works directly with customer for all on-site event support • Communicates effectively with internal cross functional teams • Maintaining strong relationship with all outside vendors • Ensures all event spaces are clean, properly set, and functional at all times • Enforce event and building processes • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annually reports
