As Event Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the driver of attendee and sponsor marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and content for premier business conferences and consumer events. • Communicate updates on attendee registration and sponsors in weekly meetings. What You Bring: • 2+ years of experience in event marketing or digital campaign execution • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred • Strong multitasking and project management skills • Familiarity with event platforms like Swoogo, HubSpot, or similar • Creative thinker who’s data-driven, resourceful, and proactive • Technology savvy and adaptable This can be a part-time or a contract role! Schedule: • 4 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Choose your own hours • Day shift • Monday to Friday
