Company Overview: • This is an interior remodeling contractor servicing NJ and PA • Authorized dealer of BCI products • Angi’s Super Service Award Winner • This company is opening a new location in Allentown and they are looking for the right candidate to help build the face to face marketing program for that location What is Being Offered: • Flexbile compensation, base + bonus (total $100K) • Benefits • PTO & 401K with 4% match What The Position is About: • Build the face to face marketing department for this company’s new location • Recruit, hire, train and manage marketing staff • Assign territories to the marketing team, and ensure that all events within the territory are effectively covered • Monitor metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the marketing team to ensure that goals are being met • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on promotional materials and strategies, and identify new opportunities for lead generation The Right Candidate Will Have: • Experience managing a canvassing, events, or in-store promotion team is required • Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and staffing stores & events • Home improvement industry experience is preferred
