– Plan and deliver global competition program campaigns, including digital email campaigns and placements as well as in person event execution for the client... – Create, concept, and approve collateral for large scale in person event activations relating to an autonomous car racing league. – Create marketing content for our client’s 1st party event websites, collaborating with designer and product marketing manager on copy, layout, and graphics – Work backwards to project manage event execution of multi day competition, including sourcing, communication and training of 100+ volunteer staff, Events agency vendor, and competition administration vendor. – Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance – Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work. Experience: – Digital marketing exp is less important – Highly self-directed and high event management skills, exp with working multiple events at one time required. – High Event coordination/planning and PM role.
