As the primary on-site contact for assigned GTM executive briefings and events, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute both in-person and virtual events. This role demands exceptional coordination skills, acute attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Logistics Management: • Manage all aspects of small event planning logistics such as securing meeting spaces, catering, venue selection, vendor sourcing, shipping materials, and arranging audio/visual equipment. • Maintain data integrity and accuracy within our systems to support informed decision-making by the team. • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fluid environment while managing multiple projects.
