Event Marketing Manager

Clear Capital is looking for an Event Marketing Manager, responsible for planning and executing all of our trade shows (exhibitions and attendance-only events), webinars, and company events. Your experience in digital marketing strategies will be key to your success. What You Will Work On • Event Marketing — You'll be a trusted resource for planning and executing sponsored and hosted events throughout the year, both in-person and virtual • Effectively manage projects for the entire event process from initial planning, logistics, to execution on the ground, and post-event reporting for exhibitions and attendance-only events • Travel up to 20-25% to oversee all onsite logistics and execution of exhibitions • Work closely with external vendors and suppliers, developing strong partnership • Own the creation and management of event assets and collateral to establish brand awareness at events • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute the pre-, during, and post-event nurture and engagement program • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to ensure each event successfully meets the needs of the business • Manage project timelines for internal teams, such as digital marketing and creative asset • Own event marketing execution — Manage all day-to-day event management processes and tools to optimize the Demand Gen function and spearhead continuous improvements in our event marketing efforts • Lead the strategic planning of the annual and quarterly events calendar and budget, including preparing presentations to the executive tea • Own the execution of Clear Capital’s event strategy and sponsorship program in its entirety, covering hosted events and industry/association sponsorships • Drive results and ROI — Monitor and measure the success of all events programs and evaluate results against organizational goals • Create reports to measure event effectiveness (including event budgets and performance) and identify areas for improvement • Develop and manage an event ROI process using Salesforce, so that events are proven to directly impact the sales process and the loop is continuously closed • Provide post-project summary reporting, including (but not limited to) key takeaways, metrics, KPIs • Support the People Team with logistics for company events and customer visits • Other duties as assigned Who We Are Looking For • BA/BS degree preferably in Marketing • Desired 3-5 years, with a minimum of 3 years experience, dedicated in event marketing both live and virtual, ideally for a technology company • Hands-on experience as a producer with a solid background in events strategy, events production, and creative executions • Impeccable project management skills — must be organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and juggle/meet multiple deadlines • Knowledge of event marketing, marketing automation, and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and HubSp • Excellent relationship-building skills, including a team-oriented, positive approach • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is required • Excellence in written communications, project management, and time management • We believe in hiring nice people because anything is possible when you have the team's support • Improving the lives around us — A smile could change the entire wold • Be the most trusted, respected, and loved real estate valuation company in the world
