Event Marketing Manager This role is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating major events in collaboration with the Vice President of Philanthropy, including but not limited to: Family of the Year Dinner, Fifty2 End Stigma, Report to the Community Luncheon, and Press conferences, ribbon cuttings, and other community events. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, management, and execution, as well as knowledge of donor databases and event management software. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a strategic vision for agency events • Leading event logistics, including guest lists, staffing, and execution • Overseeing event sponsorships and in-kind donations • Collaborating with Board members, volunteers, and stakeholders to enhance event engagement and fundraising success Additional responsibilities include: • Assisting in donor cultivation events to strengthen relationships and increase agency funding • Working closely with the finance team to ensure adherence to gift acceptance, tracking, and donor stewardship policies
