Lead strategy, planning, and execution for major brand events across the annual marketing calendarDevelop innovative event concepts and experiences that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagementIdentify and pursue new partnership opportunities, event placements, and untapped channels to represent the brandCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, partnerships, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive event experiencesManage relationships with leagues, vendors, venues, and agency partnersLead event execution from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are metOversee event logistics including shipping, storage, production coordination, and onsite executionManage event budgets, forecasts, and reportingBrief and direct outside agencies and creative partners when applicableSupport select B2B marketing initiatives, industry events, and experiential opportunities Bachelor’s degree7+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, trade marketing, sports marketing, or a related fieldExperience within sports, apparel, lifestyle, entertainment, consumer brand, or a similar fast-paced industry strongly preferredProven ability to lead events from concept to executionStrong creative mindset with the ability to build experiences from scratchExperience managing agencies, vendors, and external partnersExceptional communication, organization, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneouslyComfortable making decisions quickly in fast-moving environmentsSelf-starter mentality with strong ownership and execution skillsPassion for sports, culture, branding, and live experiences is a major plus We’re looking for someone who can think bigger, move faster, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
