Event Marketing & Sales Coordinator

We specialize in creating impactful, face-to-face marketing campaigns that connect brands directly with their audiences. Our team focuses on live events, retail activations, and promotional outreach to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Event Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and excited to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development.

What You’ll Do

Assist with the setup and execution of live event marketing campaigns and retail activationsEngage with customers face-to-face to promote products, services, and current offersRepresent client brands in a professional, high-energy environmentBuild relationships with customers and deliver a positive brand experienceWork alongside team members to develop communication and marketing skillsSupport event logistics including displays, materials, and booth setupParticipate in ongoing training focused on marketing strategy and leadership developmentTrack campaign performance, customer interactions, and daily goalsTake on increased responsibility and leadership opportunities as you grow
