Event Marketing & Sales Coordinator

As an Entry Level Event Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in planning and executing live campaigns while developing skills in marketing, communication, and team leadership. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who want hands-on experience and long-term growth opportunities. Support the setup and execution of event marketing campaigns and promotional activationsEngage with customers at events to educate them on products, services, and current promotionsWork alongside experienced team members to develop strong communication, presentation, and marketing skillsRepresent client brands professionally while creating a positive customer experienceAssist with event logistics, including materials, displays, and booth setupAttend team trainings and workshops focused on marketing strategy, leadership, and campaign performanceHelp track event results, customer interactions, and daily performance goalsTake on leadership responsibilities in small-scale event projects as you grow Qualifications A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not requiredExperience in customer service, promotions, events, hospitality, or leadership is a plusStrong interest in pursuing a career in event marketing and leadership developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh energy, confidence, and comfort speaking with new peopleAmbitious, motivated, and eager to learnStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
