Event Marketing Specialist

Robert Half is seeking a Full Time Direct Hire Event Marketing Specialist with our client in the Atlanta Metro Area.We’re looking for an experienced Event Planner to manage high-profile client visits, internal training events, and event logistics. This role involves coordinating all aspects of event planning, including registration, travel, budgeting, and on-site execution. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. The position is primarily on-site, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week when client schedules allow. Occasional travel may be required.Responsibilities:Client Office Visits – Manage in-person visits for TV, radio, and VIP clients.Internal Training Events – Plan and execute six annual training events for 30–60 attendees.Budget & Expense Tracking – Reconcile event costs and maintain accurate financial records.Event Registration Management – Build and oversee registration processes using Cvent.General Event Support – Assist with additional event-related tasks as needed.
