Event Operations & Accounts Manager

We send out teams of 2 and have active events in multiple locations per day, managing a team of 30+ people. Our HQ management team works year round to plan and prepare for active events for the active season. Reports to COO • Responsible for business development and business administration • Directly manage customer accounts on a daily basis • Build, expand and foster campus partnerships • Generate new business through strategic outreach • Administer sales tax and fees tracking • Analyze business opportunities and create value-based decision making tools • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships • Conduct presentations and pitches for prospective customers • Remotely supervise and support field sales teams • Advertise, recruit, review applications and interview potential candidates for touring brand ambassador/sales team positions including officially hiring/firing as needed • Support active events and sales teams • Manage seasonal high-pressure environment balanced with lower work loads off-season • Manage and monitor general company email and social media, provide customer service • Prepare detailed event and sales reports, maintain detailed communication records and account files • Build and maintain relationships with campus partners via phone, email, video call and text • Help train and prepare active traveling sales teams for tour with daily requirement to be onsite daily during training period (First 2 weeks of August, and first 2 weeks of January) • Assist active teams as needed, on call 6:30am-9pm from August-October (responsibility shared with team of 3) and January- March • Maintain & assist teams with expenses and Point of Sale system • Assist CEO & COO as needed • Occasional travel as needed We contribute 25% of W2 into a retirement fund for all full-time employees on a 3 year (50/75/100) vesting schedule.
