Event Operations and Logistics Intern Support the planning and execution of events by assisting with logistics, vendor management, and on-site event management. Key Responsibilities: • Event venue preparation: research, requests, offer preparation • Venue and suppliers research, budget, ticketing platform • Coordination of internal departments before and onsite during the events • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials • Assist with event registration and attendee management • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of our events • Creating internal and external presentations • Additional research tasks • Sponsor account management, responsible for execution of commitments and client satisfaction • Responsible for the event ticket platform Requirements: • Graduate or student in Tourism, HR, International relations, Event management, or related degree program • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Interest in event planning and operations • Excellent level of written and spoken professional English and Spanish, additional languages like Portuguese and French are beneficial
