Description The Columbus Crew is seeking Assistants, Event Operations, that will play an integral part in the planning, organization, and execution of soccer and non-soccer events, hosted at Historic Crew Stadium, Lower.com Field, and OhioHealth Performance Center. • Read and interpret event orders, task lists, and venue software to effectively approve, print and archive credentials • Distribute credentials through our Will Call Office using exemplary organization and communication. • Organize and manage a variety of events, both soccer and non-soccer, at our three venues: • Learn and utilize SharePoint, calendar management systems and other planning software to plan all events. • Create and distribute the documents used to drive all events including run of show, event briefs and budgeting sheets. • Encouraged to prioritize and be available for 1st team Crew matches and MLS NextPro as needed • Work in tandem with all branches of the operations team, along with other departments in the organization • Effectively communicate with guests to create positive and memorable experiences • Represent the Crew and MLS in all interactions • Other duties/tasks as assigned
