The Associate(s) will be responsible for site supervision and venue operations for athletic and recreational practices, clinics, leagues, and other special events within TCO Stadium and the greater Viking Lakes campus. The individual(s) will play an integral role in ensuring the success and organization of each activity, as well as practicing effective communication with all stakeholders. • Upon proper training, act as the on-site lead for select athletic, recreational, and corporate events. • At least 1 year of experience in event management, event marketing/promotions, facility operations, or similar. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to move around the facility, stand for long hours, and work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions depending on the event.
