Supporting the HOKA North America Events team, the full-time remote Event Operations Associate will manage shipping and logistics for events, serve as the primary contact for the asset warehouse, and assist with agency management and budget tracking.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate all shipping and transport requests for NA events and manage asset logisticsSupport agency management by maintaining asset inventory and collaborating on fabrication requestsTrack budgets and invoices while organizing administrative tasks related to event planningRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience0-2 years of related marketing experience, preferably in footwear or retailPrevious experience in organizing and supporting events and marketing initiativesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of current fitness/running industry trends
