Job Summary The City of McAllen is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join its team. As a key member of the Convention Facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of events and activities within the city. Under direct supervision, you will perform custodial and customer service duties related to preparing and delivering facilities for event use. This includes setting up and tearing down all event equipment and maintaining housekeeping standards throughout events.
