Position OverviewThe Event Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the entire Event Operations department organization. This role is a permanent, full-time position and is required to be in Las Vegas. • Support the overall management of the Event Operations Department • Assist as needed on all administrative tasks within the Event Operations Department including but not limited to schedule management, contracting, invoicing, budget tracking, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and deadline tracking • Assist managers with creating any necessary RFP's for Event Operations management companies and necessary vendors • Develop and implement new tools that enhance communication and lead to a more efficient management plan • Manage and track the Event Operations department milestones, deliverables, and action items. • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
