Job Overview \ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Captain to join our team. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events at our venue. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities: \ \ • Coordinate with event planners to understand event requirements and preferences.\ • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that everything needed for events is available.\ • Schedule staff and oversee the setup and takedown of equipment and supplies.\ • Inspect food quality and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure that all food meets high standards.\ • Communicate effectively with event planners, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.\ • Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting during events as needed.\ • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.\ • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\ \
