Event Operations Crew Member (Part-Time)

The COTA Event Operations team is in search of a highly motivated, organized, and most importantly, enthusiastic individual who is interested in working within the heart of the live entertainment industry of Central Texas. Working within the core Events & Hospitality team, this opportunity exposes the Event Operations Crew to the key functions of racing and live entertainment. Event day hours, with the ability to work long days, nights, weekends, and holidays Problem-solving and communication skills Ability to organize assigned work, set time frames, prioritize and meet goals Ability to establish priorities and manage time effectively Confidence when working with both internal and external contacts Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Must possess a quality teamwork attitude Effectively work in a professional team environment The noise level in the work environment is moderate however, during events, the noise level may be loud.
