Event Operations Dir-C

As An Events Operations Director, You Will • Report to VP of Events and Partnerships • $125,000 – 135,000 target compensation • Assisting VP in the architecture of the master schedule of events • Identifying and managing vendors related to the support of events • Assisting in the execution of contracts with vendors and artists • Publishing event analytics • Partner with port operations on event logistics • Build and maintain relationships with GM’s, DOS’s and other key team members • Traveling to our ports for scouting, developing, planning, and attending events (up to 75% travel) • Demonstrated skill in negotiating high-value partnerships and managing relationships with external stakeholders. Qualifications • Experience in Event space preferred • 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing preferred, ideally within the hospitality or marine industries, with a track record of successfully executing events The RESPECT Service System embodies City Experiences’ mission, vision, values and operating principles.
