Event Operations Lead

Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier City is seeking an experienced event coordinator to serve as primary liaison between clients and facility departments, coordinating with operations and service contractors. You will attend planning meetings, prepare detailed event documents, and guide clients through contracts and policies while ensuring safety and high levels of customer service. Flexibility in schedule is required to cover events, including evenings and weekends to deliver exceptional venue
