Job Description: The Event Operations Lead is responsible for driving event success by delivering exceptional service to clients. This role ensures the team builds strong relationships with venue partners, provides world-class customer service, and focuses on customer retention. • Services events and acts as a point of escalation when needed. • Identify key issues and decision makers that will influence the contract renewal and leverage all available internal resources to facilitate the planning effort for renewing existing business.
