This position oversees the daily operations of the Entertainment & Events Division and provides leadership to all hourly team members. The role supports the development and execution of initiatives that enhance guest experience, employee development, and the work environment. Duties & Responsibilities: - Provides leadership to division staff to continually improve the operation, the work environment, efficiency, Guest satisfaction, and safety. - Maintain consistency with department goals for quality, safety, and efficiency. - All other duties as assigned.
