Position Summary: 3STEP Sports is looking for an experienced Event Manager to assist with managing a large portfolio of events across the lacrosse division. The Event Manager will be expected to maintain regular office hours in the Hanover, MD office during the week and work weekend events throughout the year, requiring some out-of-town travel. This person should have excellent critical thinking, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Duties and Responsibilities: • Management of all aspects of event operations from start to finish, including but not limited to planning, communication, travel, logistics, procurement of rentals and vendors, setup/breakdown, on-site leadership, check-in, hospitality, merchandising, award presentation, and conflict resolution. • 3 years professional experience in sports event management, including supervisory responsibilities.
