Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team. As an Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of events and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. About the Role • Oversee employees during busy events, including union and non-union supervisors • Preserve and execute excellent levels of internal and external customer service • Maintain a strong presence on the floor during events to oversee execution of event plans • Train and instruct food and beverage employees on procedures, equipment, service standards, etc. • Organize and monitor set-up of assigned catering events • Enforce food service sanitation and safety, food handling procedures
