Event Operations Manager (Global) - Full-Time

We are hiring a Global Event Operations Manager to build, manage, and run the operational engine behind Musly’s events across all cities. This is a senior execution role for someone who is highly organized, experienced in hospitality + events, and thrives owning complex logistics across multiple regions. This person will manage city specific contractors, vendors, and more at the start and will own the system, coordinating with city-level contractors, vendors, and venues to ensure Musly’s events run with precision and excellence. • Set event cadence per city based on membership size, demand, and growth stage. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with videographer contractors to make sure they align with expectations.
