Qualifications • Strong skills in Operations Management and ensuring smooth execution of all event-related activities • Proven experience in Event Planning and managing event details, logistics, and timelines • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and vendors • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to effectively allocate resources and control costs • Leadership skills to manage and guide event teams effectively • Attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required • Previous experience in hospitality or event management and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
