This is a highly client-facing role that requires strong project management skills, operational ownership, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines. • Pack and ship event kits according to domestic and international requirements to meet in-hands deadlines. • Provide customer service support for virtual programs, including returns and exchanges.
