Event & Operations Manager

Summary: An Events & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the event experience, ensuring exceptional service, and coordinating the activities of the banquet team. Responsibilities: • Meet with Event Services Manager weekly to review upcoming Banquet Event Orders. • Work with Event Services Manager prior to event to confirm staffing needs. • Assign duties to team members, and ensure that each team member is well-informed about their duties for the shift.
