This role is for someone who thrives in real-world production environments, can coordinate people and logistics, interface confidently with the public and build long-term relationships with venues and partners. Qualifications • Experience in event operations, production, stage management, installations, museums, festivals, or public programming • Strong communication and leadership skills • Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing and working outdoors • Reliable availability on irregular weekends and evenings • Comfortable supervising family-friendly public spaces • Organized, proactive and self-directed • Experience managing crews or volunteers • Familiarity with public art, immersive experiences, or wellness spaces This job is execution-focused with leadership responsibility.
