Event Operations Manager

As the company continues to grow, this position has the opportunity to advance into a senior operations leadership role with increased responsibility, competitive compensation and benefits. This position works primarily from our Largo office, with time at our venue offices in Downtown St. Petersburg and occasional on-site event support throughout Tampa Bay. Exceptional organization, accuracy and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to confidently lead, train and motivate a team Strong proficiency working on a Mac Proficiency with Excel, spreadsheets, email and cloud-based file management Experience in hospitality operations, event management, staffing, scheduling, recruiting or HR coordination Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through Professional, dependable and comfortable taking initiative Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on the event schedule Experience with Nowsta or similar workforce management platforms is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Starting salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
