Job Description The Picnic Team Lead will be responsible for managing every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event. They will supervise all event staff, ensure events run smoothly, coordinate communication between event staff and delegate assignments, and be responsible for and ensure overall customer satisfaction and experience. This role pays an hourly rate of $12 to $15 and offers benefits including a 401(k) savings plan with matching.
