They lead the technical and build teams, manage scheduling and training, oversee maintenance, and ensure all operations align with agency expectations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in production logistics and team leadership, capable of driving excellence in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Participating in Pre-Production Operations • Assist in planning and coordinating pre-production processes, ensuring all necessary resources, materials, and schedules are in place. On-Site Management of Event Operations Staff During the Event • Assists the Director of Assets and Logistics in creating show-specific training protocols and leads training for on-site staff.
