Core Responsibilities Guest Experience and Event Management • Plan and manage 12+ annual events with guest counts ranging from 200 to 12,000, starting up to a year in advance. • Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors/suppliers for services like food, beverage, entertainment, staffing, and more. • Coordinate with departments such as Event Programs Management, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Management to meet internal goals. Requirements Work Experience, Education, and Skills • 4+ years of progressive experience in event planning and management. • Proven experience managing budgets of at least $150K.
