Event Operations Manager

The AC Hotel in Downtown Greenville, is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Event Operations Manager to oversee the execution of events in Seratonic Venue & Lounge and support event operations across the food and beverage outlets of the AC Hotel. This role is hands-on and guest-facing, focused on delivering seamless, high-quality experiences through strategic planning, operational excellence, and strong team leadership. Qualifications: • 2–4 years of experience in event operations, hospitality management, or high-volume F&B service • Demonstrated ability to manage a team in a live event setting • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules • Experience reading and executing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) • Familiarity with hotel operations and multi-outlet coordination preferred • ServSafe and/or alcohol certification a plus • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Auro Hotels is an Equal Employment Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
